Kaibab Farms is a beautifully renovated home designed to immerse guests in a true Southwestern experience. Set on lush grounds with over 40 fruit trees and scenic cactus gardens, this retreat offers a peaceful blend of nature and modern luxury. The outdoor kitchen, equipped with a Wolf natural gas grill and a wood-fired pizza oven, invites guests to cook and dine under the desert sky.

Unwind in the newly built heated saltwater pool and spa, or enjoy the serene, resort-like backyard. A 150lb sulcata tortoise and eight friendly hens roam the property, adding to its charm. For a refreshing experience, guests can also enjoy the outdoor shower, conveniently located off the primary bath.

The Space

Kaibab Farms is not just a home—it’s an experience. Nestled in Central Phoenix, this desert-modern retreat features a luxurious chef’s kitchen, a 48” range, and an expansive commercial refrigerator and freezer. Designed for food lovers, the kitchen is fully stocked with high-end cookware and everything needed to prepare memorable meals.

The backyard is a private oasis, home to the newly constructed Wellness Cube—a transformed 40’ shipping container featuring a dry sauna, a soaking tub perfect for cold plunges, a wet bar for poolside drinks, and a full bathroom with dual showerheads. A dedicated massage space ensures ultimate relaxation during your stay.

The host resides in a secluded guest house with a private entrance, ensuring privacy for guests while remaining available for any assistance. The backyard, pool, and all outdoor amenities are exclusively for guest use to provide a tranquil and uninterrupted experience.

💦 Pool Heating Available: $100 per day (max temperature: 80°F). Exceeding this limit incurs a $500 fee.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home and backyard. Please note that swimming and sauna use are at your own risk.

This home is perfect for families and friends looking to relax and enjoy quality time together. It is not a party house, and we kindly ask guests to respect our 10 PM quiet hours to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the community.
